Ashlinne has been a Forensic Interviewer with the Leavenworth Atchison Child Advocacy Center since August 2023. Ashlinne graduated from Kansas State University in 2022 with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and has a prior background in child welfare. As a Forensic Interviewer, her responsibility is to provide structured, developmentally appropriate, and legally defensible interviews of children when an allegation of abuse has been made or a traumatic event has been witnessed. Ashlinne is trained through the National Children's Advocacy Center to ask carefully worded questions to maximize the child's ability to be a detailed informant of their experiences. Ashlinne is also the go-to for all things website and tech related at CASA! When Ashlinne is not fulfilling her passion for helping youth, you can find her at the yoga studio or relaxing with her cat.
